This was taken a couple of years ago, but you get the idea. Me and my guy, Buffy, going out for a ride.
Here is dinner; linguine with prawns in a tomato herb sauce, salad with lemon vinaigrette, blue cheese cubes and Smokehouse almonds. Dessert was angel food cake and strawberries. Don't forget the wine!

Is that the scrumptious prawns? Your description made me salivate. Blue cheese cubes....mmmmm. Or is that bleu?
I think that is a GORGEOUS photo of you on your horse. The light coming through the trees is so magical. That's the PERFECT time of day, isn't it?
