Flourless, Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

I realise that unless you're in the Pacific Northwest you may not be able to bear turning on your oven. But, in the cool of the morning, light it up and make these: Easy Breezy. I added Toll House chocolate chips. Recipe makes about 1 dozen cookies but can easily be doubled. Mix together in this order 1 C peanut butter, 1/2 C white sugar, 1/2 C brown sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda. Add 1/2 C or so choc chips if desired. That's right. No flour or butter needed. Scoop out about a tablespoon of batter for each cookie; roll into a ball; place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart (they spread but I fit 12 on a large cookie sheet); criss-cross with tines of fork; bake 8-10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Done.
