I am having so much fun with these drawstring pouches. I followed a tutorial from Lynn Stevens who designs for A Gilded Life's "Stash Society", which is a private blog, so I can't share all the details. My sewing machine gathers dust much of the year, but for this I pulled out the machine and fumbled through. The project isn't difficult, just a piece of fabric 10" x 20". You may already have a favorite pouch "recipe", or there is always the possibility of a YouTube tutorial.
Once the pouch is constructed, it is all about having a bit of fun. I glued a frill of lace to the top of this pouch. These are cute left alone, but heck, I've got all this stuff...might as well use it. Thank you Lynn and AGL.

Your pouches turned out beautifully! I love the white fabric you used on the first one - very romantic. Happy sewing ~ hugs, Heidi
