I am on a doily jag. Do you even know what a "jag" is? It used to be slang for a brief obsession, or high-impact behavior. My doily love started with watching tutorials from Arlene http://www.butterflykisseswithlove.blogspot.com/ where she uses them for layers in scrapbook pages. I needed a quick little someth'n for Mom, who is hosting Easter today. Fortunately I had one of my fav Seattle Chocolate's San Juan Sea Salt Truffle bars, unopened (whew) that I could put in a cello bag with a fancied up doily on top. As I was putting this together I took a moment to appreciate the supplies I have amassed in recent years. Many from Tim Holtz. All at my fingertips, allowing me to create just the look I want.

Such a pretty piece to give your mom with candy. It is great when we can put stuff to use from our stash... I am going to be making a stamp room soon as I have a spare room and just thinking of moving the stash is a bit daunting..Tim Holtz supplies will need its own space as they multiply rather easily! Thanks for visiting my blog and your kind words!
