Getting Back To It...

Today I got back to the pocket album I worked on with my friend during my visit in Salem. I enjoyed the crafting time hours, but Ellen grew bored with it all and moved on to chores (to show you how bored she must have been!).  She whipped through her pages and had it completed while I was still warming up.  Hers looked good, even if she wasn't thrilled.  So here are the pages I've completed so far.
I dither and fret over every element: color, texture, layers.  Enough?  Too much?
Most of the work was done at Ellen's, but I didn't finish because I needed more time, and more STUFF from home.  I did envy Ellen's Martha Stewart paper punches, which I used on the glittery borders.
While the outside of the pockets are decorated, they are pockets, after all, which calls for a tag to go inside.  I'm never gonna finish this thing!  HA!  However the tags can't be busy because there is little space to slide them in/out of the pockets.
I have a few more pockets to do.  I have an idea to use the "6 Word Memoirs" I recently came upon in an O Magazine.  I've written several for myself; a couple fit for public view.  Gotta get back to it.
