I hear that it is warm, somewhere, manywhere, in the USA. But here in the Pacific NorthWest, it is still
chilly cold. Right now on a sunny day, it is barely 50 degrees, with a sharp wind so it feels much cooler. I long to wear sandals, and short sleeve blouses, and short pants. Yesterday when I went to town I wore long pants, Uggs, a vest, wool coat and warm scarf. Seriously.
