I am having so much fun I can't stop! I'm even skipping meals...that won't last. I came across an online vendor with stuff I can't resist. Lots of it has the vintage look. 'Nuf said. The web site is
http://www.alphastamps.com/ and it is just brimming with must have items and a great idea gallery. The gallery is composed of projects from just plain folks; who knew? I found the little paper coffin last night while perusing Martha's website. Martha's projects aren't always well explained, but this one works. I modified her template to create a peek-a-boo for my Skelly using acetate. Try it for party favors.

That coffin is superb!!! I love the acetate front. That would be fun to box up sugar skulls for El Dia de los Muertos. Is that a big deal up there? Or is it because I practically live in Mexico?
And the other thing looks like some fun vintage toy. Would you describe it more or give us a larger image? I'm wondering what the text says.
Hi, Aura. Glad to have you visit my blog. El Dia de los Muertos is not too well-known in the Seattle/Gig Harbor, WA area. But I love it. Years ago I made little skulls out of sugar using a mold. I also have 2 tiny skellys; I'll post them later in Oct. The vintage "spinner" game images are really exciting. You are right that this 1 has tiny text. Some of the others (from Alpha Stamps) are larger and readable. I can't even read the 1 I used! I'll make another. Thanks for giving me an excuse to do so! Charlotte
Here is a peek at what I couldn't see in the pumpkin theatre photo! Love the clown in the coffin - too fun!!!
U.
