First we have my "studio", a small space on the 3rd floor where I create when inspirition strikes. For a while I scrapbooked my memories; more recently I have been using my blog to more instantly gratify my journaling. Here are a few of my new goodies; a set of 24 Martha Stewart tubes of fine glitter, and some stamps I picked up in Santa Fe. For all the fine art galleries and clothing stores in Santa Fe...my favorite shop was Guadalupe's Fun Rubber Stamps

Next we have my library with a cozy fire. Today, while spring elsewhere, Lakebay is cool and cloudy. Husband's away so I hole up in the library with my latest good book; "Sleeping Doll" by Jeffery Deaver.

For anyone who loves espresso and lives 30 minutes from town, do yourself a huge favor and buy an automatic machine. I used to have a Francis Francis which was cute but not so easy to use and did not produce the same quality of drink. Let me also give a shout out to eBay where I was able to purchase the glitter and the espresso machine at great discount. Not to mention ALL of the other goodies I buy from eBay. Now, back to my studio.
